It also has a light sensitivity of 100 to 6400 in auto mode and 100 to 25600 in manual mode. m This drone has a maximum ascent and descent speed of 6m/s in normal mode and sport mode. It can hover for a maximum time of about 18 minutes and travel for a maximum of 11.6km. It can also resist wind for a maximum of 10.7 m/s, and it supports RockSteady 2.0 and HorizonSteady for more stabilised image or footage. This aircraft is also equipped with dual antennas composed of two transmitters and two receivers. It operates with a lithium-ion battery pack that has a 2420mAh capacity. It also features a 20GB internal storage and can be extended with a microSD card of up to 256GB. This aircraft has a takeoff weight of 410 grams and measures 180×180×80 mm. Meanwhile, the DJI Goggles 2 boast of Micro-OLED screens that allow users to view with exceptional clarity. These goggles feature a 0.49-inch screen size with a 1920 x 1080 resolution in a single screen. It also provides a dioptre adjustment and a 51-degree field of view. Moreover, these goggles support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and have 1800mAh battery that can run for up to two hours. They weigh about 290 grams with the headband and measures about 196.69×103.90×104.61 mm with the headband unfolded.

Returns
SuperOffice returns policy lasts 60 days*. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an accepted return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
The following items cannot be returned unless the item is incorrect or defective:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We do not accept returns for items due to change of mind/don't fit that are opened and not able to be resold as new.
*60-Day returns policy are not valid for special order/bulk quantity goods items. Orders that are special order and bulk quantity goods items are subject to restocking fee of 20% and must align with supplier return terms.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 2-3 business days pending on the original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@superoffice.com.au.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
